1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Acce WiFi platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Platform.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of an entity, such as your employer or company, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have this authority, you must not use the Platform.

2. Modifications to Terms

Acce WiFi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly.

3. Definitions
  • Platform: The Acce WiFi service and all content, products, and services available through it.
  • Client: A person or legal entity that has accepted these Terms.
  • User: A natural person who accesses the Platform via an Account.
  • Account: A unique login provided to a User with specific access rights.
  • Fee: Payment required for using the Acce WiFi Platform or specific features.
  • Content: Any data, files, or materials made available on the Platform.
  • Project: The service plan and associated functionalities provided by Acce WiFi.
4. User Responsibilities

Users and Clients agree to use the Platform lawfully and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Users may not:

  • Violate any security measures of the Platform.
  • Share login credentials with others.
  • Use the Platform to engage in illegal activities or distribute harmful materials.

Acce WiFi may suspend or terminate any Account for misuse of the Platform.

5. Client Data

Clients retain ownership of all data uploaded to the Platform ("Client Data"). Acce WiFi does not claim ownership of Client Data but will process and store it as necessary to provide services. By uploading Client Data, Clients grant Acce WiFi a license to use, store, and process this data for the purpose of delivering the services.

Acce WiFi takes reasonable steps to protect Client Data from unauthorized access, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

Acce WiFi is committed to protecting the privacy of Users and Clients. We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data.

7. Fees and Payments

Use of certain services on the Platform may be subject to payment of applicable fees. All fees are listed during the registration or purchasing process and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Clients agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Acce WiFi to charge the listed payment method for services rendered. Any failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to the Platform.

8. Trial Periods and Free Use

Acce WiFi may offer a free trial period for new Clients. If a free trial is offered, the Client will not be charged during this period. After the trial ends, continued use of the Platform requires payment according to the chosen plan.

If the Client does not pay the first Fee within two weeks after the trial ends, Acce WiFi reserves the right to deactivate the Account and delete Client Data after three months.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. Clients may terminate their Account at any time by contacting Acce WiFi at contact@acce.sk. Acce WiFi reserves the right to terminate access to the Platform for any Client or User who violates these Terms or uses the Platform in a manner that could harm Acce WiFi or other users.

Upon termination, access to the Platform will be disabled, and Client Data will be stored for a maximum of three months unless the Client requests earlier deletion.

10. Limitations of Liability

Acce WiFi shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform.

The total liability of Acce WiFi, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service during the six months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acce WiFi, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of Client's use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

12. Intellectual Property

The Acce WiFi Platform, including its design, interface, graphics, software, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Users and Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without explicit written permission from Acce WiFi.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.

15. "AS IS" Disclaimer

The Acce WiFi Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Acce WiFi makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Acce WiFi does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

Clients and Users assume full responsibility for their use of the Platform and any reliance on the information or services provided therein. Acce WiFi shall not be responsible for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches.

14. Language of Terms

These Terms of Service are written in English. To preserve the original meaning of this document, translations, if provided, are for convenience only and are not legally binding. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
